Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at [INSERT WEBSITE URL] (the "Site") operated by Rivour Financial ("Rivour Financial," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or by engaging our bookkeeping and fractional CFO services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective clients to learn about our Services and request a consultation. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting any form, including your name, email address, and phone number.

2. Services

Rivour Financial provides bookkeeping and fractional CFO services to businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and terms for any engagement are governed by a separate written Service Agreement executed through Ignition, our third-party client management and billing platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for matters related to that engagement.

3. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Nothing on the Site should be relied upon as a substitute for personalized advice from a qualified professional familiar with your specific circumstances. Any bookkeeping, advisory, or fractional CFO advice we provide is limited to the scope defined in your signed Service Agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to providing diligent and professional bookkeeping and financial advisory services, we do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, business result, tax result, or level of profitability. Financial and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our client onboarding, service agreements, billing, and payment processing are handled through Ignition, a third-party platform. Your use of Ignition is subject to Ignition's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party platforms.

6. Confidentiality of Financial Information

We understand the sensitive nature of the financial information and account access clients provide to us. We treat client financial data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services, as authorized by you, or as required by law. Specific confidentiality obligations are further defined in your signed Service Agreement.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except as otherwise stated in your Service Agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rivour Financial, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
