Justin Barbour

Justin is an industry-leading CFO with 20+ years of experience leading financial operations for companies ranging from startups to $30M in annual revenue. He has an MBA from Southeastern University and has a background in real estate, non-profit financial leadership, and helping start-ups build sustainable businesses that scale.

He has worked with renowned clients like Full Focus (formerly Michael Hyatt & Company), Kris Carr, Your Enneagram Coach, Presbyterian Homes & Housing Foundation, Ten Oaks Real Estate, Roots Academy, and more.

Justin is passionate about bringing peace and clarity to leaders when it comes to the financial growth of their businesses. When he’s not helping his clients achieve excellence in their financial operations, he’s usually hanging out with his wife and three daughters, reading, or watching football!

Suzie has spent the last two decades of her career working closely with successful business owners and helping them sustainably scale. In addition to being the CEO and ownership partner at Rivour, Suzie is an industry-leading Operations & Marketing professional who specializes in HR, culture creation, marketing funnels, strategic growth initiatives, event planning, and more!

She’s best known for her oversight of Operations for businesses like The Life Coach School, Get Motivated Seminars, Full Focus (formerly Michael Hyatt & Company), and Your Enneagram Coach. Under her leadership, many of Suzie’s clients have doubled in revenue year over year, scaled from only a handful of employees to over 100, launched digital and physical products into the marketplace, and have regularly landed on inspirational lists like the Inc 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies & Best Places to Work.

In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with Justin and her three daughters, traveling, reading, and cooking amazing Italian food.
